Oversize are not allowed and will be returned to sender for double the outbound rate.
Capabilities
Changes / Modifications
For some final mile carriers, Packeta is able to make the following changes:
- Address change
- Redirect to pudo
- Change of delivery day
COD - Cash on Delivery
Failed delivery
In case of a failed Home Delivery the parcel will be redirected to a Pickup Point.
If a parcel is not picked up at the Pickup Point it will be returned to the sender after 7 days. Local variances apply.

Dependent on receiver country.
