I would like to introduce our system of delivery. 

- For delivery to internal pick up point (Packeta´s pick up point) there is needed to call API method createPacket and packetLabelPdf.
- For other reasons (home delivery, delivery to carrier´s pick up point) there is needed to call these API method:
-- createPacket (ordering packet in Packeta´s system)
-- packetCourierNumber (ordering packet in courier´s system)
-- packetCourierLabelPdf

If you will send packet to home delivery or courier´s pick up point without courier´s label this packet must be relabeled in depo. It may increase the delivery time.

 

 

How to get courier tracking for Packeta couriers

"Unfortunately we do not have a list of the courier tracking statuses.

 

You can try to save the statuses that you obtain from the packetCourierTracking gradually and after the time you can map them."
