- DHL requires a password change every 12 months (for the accounts used in warehouse, in automation, for "user-user" specifically). Unfortunately, that's a contraint and a security decision imposed by DHL, you can't do anything about it but to handle it manually.
- It's going to be your responsibility to create a new password, though we have a way on our side to do it for you. But it's still your responsibility to update it accordingly and configure it in your automation systems.
- The account "user-user" is linked to your mailbox yourcompany@yourcompany.com (ask us if you need to find the account)
- Every 12 months, the password needs to be reset and the configuration at PCPL to be updated with the new password, otherwise the flow will block
- You can request a new password by going to this platform: https://geschaeftskunden.dhl.de/ (DHL DE web platform), clicking on Password reset, filling in the user ""user-user" and pushing the button. An email with the link for password reset is sent to yourcompany@yourcompany.com and there you can change the new password
- I advise to set a reminder, a calendar meeting or something similar, for 2 weeks before those 12 months or so, so that you can change the password in time. I advice to do the change after the warehouse printing hours, to prevent intrerruptions in the flow until the password is changed
