Capabilities

Changes / Modifications

It is possible to:

• redirect to a PUDO point while in transit
• change the day of delivery while in transit
• have the option to leave at a safe place
• have the option to leave at neighbor
• choose a date specific delivery (max +5 workdays ahead)

It is not possible to:

• change any recipient infomation after the shipment has been created
• change address while in transit
• transport LQ
• choose COD service
   

Failed delivery

In case of a failed Home Delivery the parcel will be redirected to a PUDO point.
If a parcel is not picked up at the Pickup Point it will be returned to the sender after 7 days.

Notifications & Tracking

It is possible to receive notifications via email, but not via SMS. 
An app is provided for the following countries: BG, RO, SI, IE, LU, AT, HR, PT, HU, ES, IT, FR, DE, CZ, BE, NL, SK, LT, LV, EE.

Returns & Undeliverables

The return label is valid for 60 calendar days.
Labelless return options is not possible.
