Capabilities
The Tracked Packet service includes deliveries by the domestic postal carriers registered in UPU.
LQ is allowed, provided the shipments comply with UPU and IATA regulations.
Failed delivery
In case of a failed delivery, the item will be redirected to a post office.
If a parcel is not picked up at the post office, it will be returned.
Lying time at post office is 7 days.
Notifications & Tracking
SkyNet provides a tracking link for each shipment. Depending on the local postal carrier, the recipient will receive delivery notifications directly from the carrier via SMS, email and/or app.
Investigations & Claims
Please be advised that postal shipments are handled without liability coverage for loss or damage. The postal solution does not provide any financial compensation in the event that a parcel is lost or damaged during transit.
