Capabilities
Changes / Modifications
InPost offers the recipient the following options:
- Home delivery: Redirect to a neighbour, a Paczkomat/locker or a Parcel Service Point.
- Locker: For an extra fee the lying time can be extended in the app by the recipient.
Failed delivery
If a parcel is not picked up at the locker within 48 hours, it will be returned to sender.
In case of a failed home delivery the parcel will be returned to sender. If it fails due to incorrect address, InPost will contact the receiver to clarify the address issue and do another delivery attempt.

InPost offers both email and SMS notifications.
