*** Chargeable weight: EU parcels are charged actual weight and Non-EU parcels are charged highest of actual or volumetric weight (LxWxH (cm)/6000).

Changes / Modifications
In MijnPostNL the recipient has the following options:
- Redirect to Pudo
- Leave in safe place
- Leave with neighbor
- Change delivery day
Failed delivery
In case of a failed home delivery the parcel will be redirected to a Pickup Point.
If a parcel is not picked up at the Pickup Point it will be returned to the sender after 7 days.
