Domestic Parcels exceeding 84 inches in Length + Girth are not accepted.
Non-Continental and Non-Qualifying shipments will be upgraded and billed to Ground Advantage. Non-qualifying packages are packages destined for select zip codes OR non-machinable parcels according to USPS regulations (no one side longer than 27" or two sides greater than 17" or tubes).

Changes / Modifications
Via the "Informed Delivery dashboard" recipients can:
- Leave delivery instructions to the carrier
- See images of your incoming letter-sized mail
- Schedule a redelivery for another day
Failed delivery
In case of a failed delivery the item will be returned to the sender on the date indicated in the set timeline unless the recipient arranges a redelivery or picks up the item at a local Post Office before this date.
Notifications & Tracking
USPS offers email and SMS notifications. Recipients can activate the preferable notification types via the USPS tracking page or App.
