Changes / Modifications
Posti offers the recipient the following options:
- Postal Parcel: Via the OmaPosti app the recipient can change the pickup point or order a home delivery (with a fee).
- Home Delivery: The recipient can select the delivery date and time window.
Failed delivery
In case of a failed home delivery or if a "Small Parcel" item exceeds maximum dimensions the parcel will be changed to a "Postal Parcel" and redirected to a Pickup Point.
If a parcel is not picked up at the Pickup Point or locker within 5 days it will be returned to the sender.
Notifications & Tracking
Posti offers both App, SMS and email notifications.
The recipient will receive a notice of arrival by SMS and email and in OmaPosti. If the item is not picked up, a reminder message will be sent on the fourth day.
