Changes / Modifications

Dao offers the recipient the following options:

Failed delivery

In case of a failed home delivery the parcel will be redirected to a Pickup Point.
If a parcel is not picked up at the Pickup Point it will be returned to the sender after 7 days.

Notifications & Tracking

Dao offers both App, email and SMS notifications.
