Capabilities
Changes / Modifications
GLS Denmark offers the recipient the following options on Private Delivery:
- Redirect to Pickup Point
- Leave in safe place
- Leave with neighbour
- Change delivery day
Failed delivery
In case of a failed home delivery the parcel will be redirected to a Pickup Point.
If a parcel is not picked up at the Pickup Point it will be returned to the sender after 7 days.
Notifications & Tracking
GLS Denmark offers both App, email and SMS notifications.
Reminders for Parcelshop pickups are only sent in the GLS app.
