Changes / Modifications

EVRi offers the recipient the following options via the EVRi app or webpage:

• Divert the delivery to either your preferred neighbour or choose a safe place from a list of popular options
• Divert to a pre-selected ParcelShop or locker on the courier's round

Failed delivery

In case of a failed home delivery the parcel will be redirected to a Pickup Point.
If a parcel is not picked up at the Pickup Point it will be returned to the sender after 8-10 days depending on country.

Notifications & Tracking

EVRi offers both App, email and SMS notifications. You can also search for a parcel on EVRi's tracking page here: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel.

Investigations & Claims

With EVRi we can investigate the status of the parcel, but please be informed that EVRi does not compensate for any loss, damage or delivery dispute of the parcel.
