DHL Poland offers the recipient the following options:
- Redirect a shipment - change place or date of delivery.
- Labelless return. No need to print the return label - a return code can be generated online from the return label/shipment no.
Failed delivery
In case of a failed home delivery the parcel will be redirected to a Pickup Point.
If a parcel is not picked up at the Pickup Point it will be returned to the sender after 2 days.

DHL Poland offers both app, email and SMS notifications.
